Louise personalises your session to suit you – progressing you as your strength and fitness grows. Small classes (max 4) with reformer and floor and other equipment I don’t know the name of :) Every session works your complete body and each day is varied. I’ve tried other classes and this is the only one I would recommend for all ages and all fitness levels. As well as being super professional and experienced she is also lovely. Highly recommend – I started at 58 years old – and wish I’d started sooner.
